Quality Rice for Sushi 

Cooking directions: 
To prepare roughtly 1200g of rice: Combine 500g Haruka Rice and 750ml water in a medium sized saucem=pan. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat to a low simmer and cover for 20 minutes, or till all water has been absorbed. Remove from the pot from heat, and allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving. 

Note: If using an electric rice cooker, mix 500g Haruka Rice with 750ml water into cooker, and follow manufacturer guidelines. 

Sushi Rice Cookign Directions: 
To make Sushi rice, use 150ml of Kikkoman Seasoning For Sushi for 1200g of cooked Haruka Rice. Mix well while rice is hot.
